Check / UnSeize / Lubricate Tone Arm height adjuster

Remove & clean dust cover / hinges

Remove & clean platter

Remove & clean counter weight

Remove & clean platter cover

Remove & clean 4 x Isolation Feet

Clean inside & out detailing switches, pop up bulb & tone arm

Extend "ground" cable & fit new Earth Fork if required

Re wire mains plug if not moulded plug

Propyl Alcohol clean 10 x audio contacts RCA plugs, H-Shell & T-Arm

Oil & Re Set Tone Arm bearings

Oil Platter Bearing.

Re Assemble

Stylus Set Up in Head Shell with Technics Overhang Gauge

Set Tracking Force & Anti Skate

Full Test of all functions noting

L & R stereo output is consistent when phono cable's moved 

Tone arm to smoothly glide & anti skate affects correctly

Pitch Operates without strobe "chattering" on platter marks

Pop Up bulb lights up

Once all Functions PASS Re set Platter Brake resistor to preferred status slow or immediate stop 

Open Fader, clean circuit board tracks & brushes 

Re-Set  Fader Resistance

Calibrate Mother Board Pitch Resistor with Frequency Counter to Technics service manual specs.

Test Pitch function aligns with Platter Strobe + 6% , + 3.3% , 0% , -3.3%
